I have a HP laptop with configuration Intel I3, 2 GB, 320 HDD. I installed counter strike global offensive (which I purchased from Flipkart) but when I tries to start/play it ,after the startup screen of game ,my laptop shuts down. I am using a Dell Vostro which is now out of warranty, When I changed my window 8 to window 7 everything was ok except the speakers. Speakers create a huge noise whenever I increase the volume more than 30 % in vlc. Can this be solved just by troubleshooting or I need to replace my speakers. In case of replacement, Tell me how to open the laptop myself and replace them, As the technician will charge much.

For an Epson Workforce DS 6500, will it be able to scan the document and upload it to the cloud? Is there any necessary application I need to use to achieve this task or is this an automatic feature of the printer? Is there any application that can be installed to maximize the scanner's features?

I was running Hitman Pro on my Sony Vaio laptop, shut the computer down and when I turned it back on, it will no longer boot and goes straight to recovery options menu. It seems that the C drive is no longer recognized, I get a message that states that the OS is not detected on the drive and therefore cannot boot to Windows. What should I do now?

I need help. We were trying to install the flash player but right after it completed, it said the plug-in version is not installed. I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and IE 10. We found 2 versions for Windows, the ActiveX for IE and Plug-in for non-IE. I installed the latter. Do I need to install the ActiveX first?

The hard drive on my computer failed and Dell sent me a replacement. I need to send the defective one back to them. Now, I have a lot of personal files on the old hard drive and I want to make sure it's completely wiped out when they receive it. How do I do this?

I updated my iPhone 5 to 7.1.1 and I am now having a problem syncing with iTunes. The music option is grayed out under the device tab. I don't want to redownload the songs from the cloud because it will take a lot of time. I tried to uninstall/install iTunes, no luck. Do I need to restore my iPhone? My home is relatively large with several dead wireless spots. I want to basically flood the entire area with only one SSID and a single encyption key, so I can walk through anywhere in the house and stay connected to wireless. Can I use the Netgear Powerline products to do this? 

Every time I play a game like Red Orchestra 2 etc. on my computer, it crashes. The screen turns black and it locks up completely. Pressing ctrl+alt+del does not work so I have to restart. My NVIDIA driver has been updated but still it didn't work. I noticed that when it crashes, the fan spins in full blast. Could someone tell me what might be the problem? Is my graphics card broken?
