I am using HP Pavilion DV7 laptop with Windows 7 pre-installed in it. I never faced any problem so far.

But, from this week onwards the number keypad started behaving strangely. When I type numbers using the top row of the keypad no issues. But, when I am using number keypad on the right side of the keyboard, it is not printing the numbers instead all strange things happening. For example, when I type '2', it is typing 72 and opening help window. When I type 3 it is printing some special characters.

I am having an HP ENVY 15z-j100 Laptop with pre-installed Windows 8.1. It came with pre-installed HP hardware Diagnostics software. I use to run it once in a month. It worked fine since last month.

When I tried to do it this month, it says that the test takes 10 minutes, but when I start that it will start the test and keep on running for hours and sometimes it will never come out. It is freezing most of the times without giving any error.

Is this a problem with the tool itself or something with my laptop? Any idea...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile and had some issues with it. After contacting with Samsung device repair center I have mailed the device to them for repair. Before mailing it, I have taken a backup of the entire mobile through Kies 3. I use to have my notes in S Memos and the backed up files are showing as .ssm files in my PC having Windows 7 on it. But, I am unable to read the notes files.

I own a Samsung Galaxy S4 Active with Android version 4.3 and it was fantastic. Recently AT&T had 4.4.2 version and it got forced on my phone.

My phone got broken with this update. Due to this, the screen is becoming very hot. After charging the phone the battery percentage drops from 95% to 20% within an hour even if I don't use much. Internal memory gets filled all of sudden even though I don't start any apps.

Is there any way to fix my issue? I am OK to downgrade to 4.3 version, but how? Please help me out...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android 4.3 and it is working great.

My issue is that when I am trying to disable the Google Books, Google Music and using Google Services and Google Play store, the Google play store erroring out sating that the connection is not present and retried. I don't understand why it is giving trouble because in my old phone with Android 4.1.2 play store working fine, even after turning off other apps like Google Books, Music.

Is there any check that pays store works only if the other default apps are enabled? Thanks a...

I would be grateful to you if you can help me understand why my PC sometimes starts in an abnormal fashion. Mostly, Windows 8 boots smoothly, but sometimes it shows Gray or blinking screen before the login window appears. I need your help on the a strange issue with my HP Envy Notebook. It was on, I attached adapter to it for battery charging. For some reasons, it shut down automatically. I tried to power it on but failed. I asked my friend to help. He suggested me to try powering it on after removing battery; unfortunately, it did not work.

I do not understand what could be the problem. Can anyone explain the reason and resolution it?

I am using Dell XPS 9100 with Windows 7 operating system and it worked fine till now.

From yesterday, it has kept getting stuck and after booting I am unable to see the desktop icons but the toolbar is present. I have rebooted several times and most of the times the reboot is failing and asking to press F1 to Reboot again. Also, I am feeling that the CPU fan sound is more than normal.

Why it is happening? What is the problem? Is this a problem with BIOS? Any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have purchased new LG TV (model LG 55LA965W-ZA) and it is working so nicely.

But, I am facing one issue with that. It is not able to recognize the Wi-Fi at my home. I have started facing this problem after I did an update of firmware. My router works fine looks like and when I try to connect to it, it is asking for username and password. When I am entering the correct password also it is not accepting it.
