I have recently bought an HP Pavilion TouchSmart Sleekbook 15-b150us 15.6" Multi-Touch Notebook Computer and it was working fine.

But from last week I am facing issues with the right part of the touch screen. When I touch the screen on the right side of the touch screen it is showing like I am touching more than one place. It could not recognize where exactly I have touched the screen.

Is there any way I can fix this issue? Please someone help me out here. Thanks a lot in advance.

I have HP Slate 7 HD 3404 and it was working fine.

But, from the last few weeks I am facing a lot of issues. I have tried to upgrade it, but always uses it to fail with errors. I lost patience and did a factory reset and it went fine. After that I am able to upgrade it to 4.2.2 kernel 3.4.5 successfully. I felt happy, but I got a new problem. I lost my camera app. I tried to download again but I couldn't do it.

I am having HP Envy DV7 with Windows 8 pre-installed in it.

I have recently bought an HP TrueVision webcam but I couldn’t activate the webcam. I would like to do video chat using Skype, but as my webcam is not activated, it is not even shown that in the Skype as well.

Can somebody help me how I can activate the webcam? Any help around this will be really appreciated. Thanks so much in advance.

I have bought new HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC recently with Windows 7 pre-installed in it. I have upgraded to Windows 8.1 and it is working perfect.

But, I am having one issue. Initially I have set it to maximum brightness and now after upgrade to Windows 8.1 I couldn’t reduce the brightness. I tried several ways, but it is of no use.

What could be the problem here? Can somebody help me here to resolve this issue? Thanks a lot in advance, guys!

I have recently bought HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2520hc All-in-One Printer (CZ338A) and I am excited to install it and use it.

But, while installing inks it is not able to detect the black ink. I tried to reinstall the printer, but the same issue is coming.

I am using HP Photosmart C4385 All-in-One Printer and it was working great so far. I have used it a lot and I never faced any issue.

Now-a-days I am getting errors which are looking incorrect. It is throwing an error saying the color cartridge is not compatible. But, I am using the same for months. I am not sure why it started giving this error all of a sudden.

I have recently purchased HP Slate 7 with Voice service.

It is working fine, but facing some issues with voice calls. During the call I am not able to hear the voice properly. When I try to insert the SIM card, I have to take out the back panel and it is taking a long time. The device is getting heated very easily. All these problems look common but not sure how to fix it.

I am using Dell N5010 laptop with Windows 7 running it.

It is all working fine as long as we do browsing or chatting in Skype, etc., But whenever I want to watch any video on YouTube or play in media player, or if I want to play games it is responding slowly and it doesn't seem to be able to handle any graphics. I have closed all background running applications to give more CPU for videos/games but no luck. I have added more RAM and still the same issue.

What is the Problem with this? Please help me out...
