Hi all,

I have recently bought an HP Pavilion TouchSmart Sleekbook 15-b150us 15.6" Multi-Touch Notebook Computer and it was working fine.

But from last week I am facing issues with the right part of the touch screen. When I touch the screen on the right side of the touch screen it is showing like I am touching more than one place. It could not recognize where exactly I have touched the screen.

Is there any way I can fix this issue? Please someone help me out here. Thanks a lot in advance.

You forgot to mention which operating system you are running, but I assume you are using a Windows 8 or 8.1 since your computer usually comes with this type of operating system. To fix your problem, oftentimes, a simple restart will do. But if it doesn't work, try to refresh your PC. Refresh feature in Windows 8 won't affect your data. It will leave your photos, music, video and documents intact. To do this, just click or tap on the Settings Charm and select the Change PC Settings at the bottom. Then under the PC Settings page, select General and then to the right corner, locate and select the "Refresh your PC without affecting your files" option.

Then click or tap the "Get Started" button and the screen below will appear:

Then simply follow the on-screen instructions until the end of the process. Restart your system and check if the problem is still there. You may also try to update your Touchpad driver.
