Recently I bought a new Toshiba Encore WT8-A32 8-Inch 32 GB Tablet with OS Windows 8.1. This tablet is amazing.

But recently I started getting restart/shutdown problems with it. When I press the Windows button, it is vibrating, but the screen is not at all responding. Even for If I shut down it vibrates, but nothing happens. When I press the power button for a few seconds, then only it will shut down.

Anybody experienced this type problem before? Your input and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance and regards.

I'm using Microsoft Word 2007. I used to prepare Company documents here.

Today I have prepared one document after that I converted to Microsoft Word 2010. But in this mail merge document I got some issues. In the document I used Header and Footer it came nicely with Word 2007. After mail merge in Word 2010 the header and footer are missing, but all other pages came correctly.

I never faced this type of issue before? Can somebody please suggest me to fix this problem. Thanks a lot in advance, guys!

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 which is working properly.

But from past 1 week, all the emails are showing unread even though already read those. I enabled the option to mark the item as read after opening it in reading pane but even that didn’t work. And one more thing I observed is that if I open one email from the sent items folder and again if I go to inbox, there all emails are showing as read.

What's wrong here? I couldn't understand what was going on? Can somebody explain me how to change these settings. Thanks a...

I am using Microsoft Excel 2013. It was working fine until yesterday.

Today I created one Spreadsheet and prepare one more which contains Text Boxes and Check Boxes. They arranged very well and looks pretty good. But I tried to see it in Print Preview and observed that the whole page is showing differently. All Text Boxes were moved to a different place and Check Boxes came in-between the text. I am planning to insert Pictures I don't know whether they will come properly or not.

What is the actual problem here? Can somebody please suggest me to fix this...

2 months ago I bought a new HP Pavilion g6-2210us with pre-installed Windows 7 on it. It was all working properly.

I just scanned the whole system by Norton Antivirus Software.In that it has shown that some problem with few programs along with Microsoft Security Essentials. I am using Samsung Ace 3 S7275R smart phones. It is actually working very well.

But the only problem is making calls via Skype. When I call using Skype through my phone the others are getting calls from my Skype ID. It is not even coming ringing sound on my mobile. I tried calling from my PC to mobile but same problems. I am using Skype latest version 6.16.0. Unable to find out the actual problem.

I am using Microsoft Outlook Express 6 and Windows Live Mail. I never had any problem before.

But 2 days onwards I am not able to send or receive emails. I have also changed some of the settings. But still same issue. I checked on some other computers it worked well there.

I am using a new Sony VAIO Fit Series SVF14212CXB last 6 months onwards. Before that it worked very well.

But 1 week onwards when I am trying to browse or log in to email some pop up or survey links are coming. They are blocking the whole screen. Has this issue been due to Virus? I scanned the whole system, but no virus detected. I deleted browsing history and cookies. But nothing worked still same. I can't access anything on my computer.

Recently I am facing one issue with Google Chrome. When I start windows it is not loading automatically. Before that it use to be loaded. After that I changed the msconfig settings to add a Chrome under startup programs. After that also it was not working. But the Windows live mail is loading automatically. Only problem with chrome. I reinstalled chrome but still same thing.

I used to write multiple dictionary languages in the mails. I want a spelling checker to check whole thing. I have one spell checker and an add-on to switch the dictionaries.

But sometimes it does not work properly. Some places it works and some of the places its not working. I want a merged dictionary by using which Firefox can check spelling in multiple languages without switching between dictionaries. It has to add to my Firefox.

Is there any software that can do this? Please someone suggest me a way out. Thanks a lot in advance, guys!
