I have removed Oracle 11g Database last year and when I want to reinstall it again this error message appear. How can I solve this error ? Is there a way to fix this without reinstall my Windows or Oracle ?

I have this Error when I want to update my Windows 7. I know that some new updates are available because this action was asked. Not sure what happened but my PC crashed the other night so I had to re-boot. Since this has happened I haven't been able to use Newsleecher and the following three Errors keep appearing. I've tried to uninstall and the reinstall the software but the same Errors keep appearing. Can anyone help me please to fix this Error ?
