I have Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition x64. I'm having trouble accessing Active directory users. When I go to start>admin tools I get the following error message:

"Microsoft Management Console has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Lately Firefox has been taking a significant amount of time to load, and is quite unresponsive at times. Would any of the Firefox performance tuning tools be helpful in speeding up the browser? 

I have recently updated versions but I don't see why this would be a problem.

I need a simple easy to construct ups circuit for desktop computer. By now I have searched various websites but till now not succeeded to find the suitable ups circuit for desktop. What I need is that the circuit should be easy to assemble and I do not want microcontroller based circuit. It should be of 625 VA. I am confused about recovering webbased emails after deletion on fastmail.fm, if I delete an email in the imap outlook client sometimes it used to appear with a cross through it but didn't actually disappear straight away, lately it seems to disappear completely, into the trash can, but, what happens if I use the web interface, will it change to having a cross through it so I can undelete it, or will it go straight to the trash can? In fact what decides what happens on the web and on the imap outlook based interfaces?

What is the benefit of thunderbird live activesync technology?

Apparently activesync is for mobile phones to synchronize their mail and calendar with the PC, so I can understand that Thunderbird on the PC could support it.

However what I'm not sure about is why the mobile doesn't need any special selections during setup of its email account if I want to use ActiveSync,

Is it automatically assumed ActiveSync will be used always with mobiles such as windows phone 7?
