I have Google Nexus 5 which has a problem with auto focus (when moved the image on  the screen will remain blurred for a long period of time)  and sometimes it will freeze when taking photos, what could be the problem with this Phone? How do I fix this?

I have added a few extra contacts in my Skype list to chat with in my free time. But the problem arises here that all these random people are getting to know my personal phone number. How does Google location services effect battery life? Is it always running in the background or only when GPS is enabled? I am using Samsung Optimus L9 and recently synced all my apps. Every app is working fine except Facebook, which on open indicates an error message of RPC:S-3. I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 which I set a password for launching applications and unlocking the screen, after getting tired of having to put password every time, I have tried disabling the password but I cannot trace how doing it, I have followed the same procedure I used to set the password but there is no option of disabling password, How do I disable this password?
