I am new to VoIP and VoIP Ms. Only a few days ago did I purchase a PAP2T and got setup with VoIP. Ms. I just have a quick question here for you guys: Is it possible to see the caller ID of the destination number of outgoing calls on my CDR for VoIP page? I can see the caller ID on inbound calls. However, for outbound calls, I only see the numbers dialed and not the caller ID...even though most of the numbers dialed to are in the phone book on the website.

I got an error message while I’m trying to upgrade my version of the RapidBoot Shield from V1.20 to 1.23 using System Update. I got Installer Error 1402 that says:UNKNOWNComponents DA42BC89F25F5BD0AF18C3B9B1A1EE849875E8955A06D43BBC4F84E5D3423E.

I uninstalled RapidBoot Shield from Control Panel and tried again using System Update and then the manual download option, but I get the same error and now I do not have it installed. How do I fix this problem?

I’m trying to uninstall SugarSync. But I faced little problem. I got an error message. I will be glad if anyone give me some ideas for resolving this problem. The error message says:
