I have a lot of avi format home movies in my 64 GB SD Card.  I just installed AOA DVD ripper SE 5.3.3 so I could burn and transfer them into a DVD disc.  The program crashes when launched.  What could be the problem?  I'm on Windows 8.  Thanks.

My Windows 7 64 bit system was recently attacked by a trojan virus and Avast has just deleted it.  My problem now is, I use Arcsoft Scangear 5 for scanning documents and images, I can now only scan one process then I have to restart the program to scan again.  Could my antivirus deleted some components of Arcsoft Scangear?

I accidentally deleted all my JPEG image files on my 32 GB USB Flash Disk.  So I installed Don't Panic Picture Edit and Recover by Image Recall Software on my Windows 7 64 bit system to recover the images.  I launched the program and it gave an error of "program not compatible with OS".  Can someone help me?  Thanks.
