Hi Friday Friday, I use a lot of VoIP service & don’t recall facing registration error32.

What service are you going to register with?

What device are you trying to register With? (ATA, softphone?)

Actually, registration errors have many kinds of relate to:

1.  Incorrect User Name (or Account#)

2.  Incorrect PW

3. Incorrect Server Name

– If DNS isn't functioning properly, you need to specify the Server IP address rather than Domain Name. (Ping on the server name to catch IP address).

-If behind NAT-Router, you need to specify a STUN Server to get your IP address discovered (e.g.: stun.3cx.com)

Also problem will occur if you want to register multiple account which this service don’t allow. For preventing people from registering with multiple accounts they do that. I’ m sure has some tricks to bypass this but that would be unlawful & breaking their terms of service. You would better take a look at good and reliable VoIP providers.
