Where can I find windows 8 activation?

Hello,

Please let me know if where can I find windows 8 activation? I got a genuine windows 8 operating system I just reformatted my hp Compaq laptop now and I cannot recall where to find the activation code for this os installation to get started. I need your help.

Where can I find windows 8 activation?

Hello Thomas,

If you are using windows 8, it uses a new method of activation. Generally the OEM product of windows put their activation key with the original sales package of their product. If  you have lost the packaging, you will have to request microsoft for a duplicate key online.
