Hello experts,

I want to download a movie maker Ubuntu. I got my new operating system which is Ubuntu and I am having second thoughts of downloading software or application now because I don’t know how to determine if they are compatible to this operating system, anyone of you here can give me a suggestion on what to do?

Hi,

For newbies in Ubuntu, application for easy to install video editor or moviemaker can be readily available especially if you are into Ubuntu 10.04. Just go to the <Applications> <Sound & Videos> there you will see Pitivi video editor which is purposely for Linux desktop just check if GStreamer Multimedia Feature is supported. It might help to visit www.pitivi.org.
