Error in Registering Kigo M4V Converter

Hi. I have Mac OS X Snow 10.6.3.

I am trying to register my Kigo M4V Converter but whenever I typed the correct User ID and Registration Key.

My company purchased the software and provides me the correct account details.

But every time I am trying to register it, this error appears:

Kigo M4V Converter

Invalid Registration Information!

Simple copy and paste your userid/key and code exactly as it appears in the confirmation email.

OK

How can I fix this? Am I missing something on the installation that caused the error to incur?

Help please.

Error in Registering Kigo M4V Converter

There is only 1 possible reason for this problem. You are entering the wrong combination of username and key. Try asking your company to resend you the username and the key and then you try it again. There is no fault or what so ever in your system.

1. However there is a slight chance that you are not connected to the internet and it needs the internet availability to complete its registration and you don't have it. Check your PC lan cable and see if it is connected to your computer and that the internet is working.
2. You can also try reinstalling the software but i highly doubt that this is the problem for you.
3. The last thing that you can do is to contact the support and ask them for a replacement username or the registration key as you said that your company has bought it.
