Cannot purchase an upgraded Kapersky Internet Security

Hello there. I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 installed in my PC. I upgraded from Parallels 5.0 to Parallels 6.0. I am running it on a 90-day Trial Licence with 13 days left. However, I cannot purchase a new license because whenever I click the “Purchase License” button, nothing happens. I tried to reinstall but nothing happens.

I tried to contact Kaspersky about it and they advised me to contact Parallels.

Can anybody help me out? Thanks.

Hi Justin,

Can you clarify which application is on a trial version? Is it the Kaspersky or Parallels? If the one on trial version is the parallel, you may need to upgrade and purchase full version first before you can purchase full version of Kaspersky.

If the one on trial is Kaspersky, to install it, you can try to go to your Virtual Machine option first in Mac which can be found on top of the MAC menubar bar. You then need to look for ‘Install Kaspersky Internet security Option’. It should give you then the option to purchase a license if you do not have one.
