While upgrading my database I received this message

Hi Experts,

Have a look at the message attached below. While upgrading my database I received this message.

Database Upgrade Assistant says DRA-01031: insufficient privileges.

It also indicates that I do not have operating system authentication. What kind of problem is it?

Please help me.

While upgrading my database I received this message

You don't have the privilege to make changes on the database. You just have t use an account which is a System Database Administrator as its role to make changes on your database. You also need to log-in on your OS as an administrator account so you can do changes on it. If you have used an admin account for both OS and Database there will be no problem upgrading your database.
