Black viper, real name, Charles Sparks, was and still is a computer geek who gave pointers about tweaking systems for optimal performance.

His web-site Black Viper lists ways you can use to optimize your windows operating system from XP right through windows 8. The prevailing sentiment online is that black viper's system optimization tips are great for low-end pc's that lower processing powers and RAMs but don't have any value if you use a high-end system whose processing power and RAM is much greater than those ancient machines that used to run windows XP, back then.
