Why is the email sent only once gets duplicated 9 times?

When the reply is given back to an e-mail sent thru ‘iPhone’ with the use of Exchange 2007, it is duplicating the content nine times in the email. It has happened only once. I have no idea if the problem is with Exchange 2007, iPhone or the communications between them. I googled for the solution and found nothing which will be helpful. If anybody has a solution for this, please help me.

That is possibly a problem with the Exchange 2007 settings. If you had altered the settings, you will need to check that and restore them to defaults and see if that will solve the problem.

The problem may also be occurring due to the communication between them. There could be a problem especially with how you are syncing the two applications together. If you are doing the syncing more than one time then that could be the reason why you are getting that problem. You will  therefore need to make sure that you do not send the messages more than one time from the phone to the exchange server.
