I need to fix the work sessions with my contractors.

How can I make it using the Productivity Tools: WebEx for Mac laptop?

Is this free to download or do I need to purchase it?

What are the process on using it to organize my contractor's work session.

What other tools can I use to make this more effective?

How to make web ex productivity tools for Mac laptop?

Hi Rowen,

Cisco Webex Productivity Tool offers a lot of features it can be embedded to Microsoft Office, instant messenger. 

Just create a WebEx Meeting account then look for downloads and then under Productivity tool choose Download.

You can then attend or start webex meetings from your Outlook or you Instant message or you can access it via your webex browser.
