To resolve that issue, you will first of all need to check and verify that you plugged all your wires into the right places, especially if you have got stuff like front audio and front usb.

In case you cannot be able to solve it, you will need to pull all the little wires off the board – only the small ones for things like the HDD LED, the RST Switch, PWR LED, and front USB/Audi0 – and not the one for the power switch.

If you receive that error on your BIOS when your computer starts, it means the chassis intrusion detection switch is not functioning properly. This device is responsible for detecting if the CPU case or cover has been opened or removed. I have a Dell computer and I also have this device inside the CPU.

You may try fixing it by resetting the BIOS and one way to do it is to remove the CMOS battery. Once the battery is removed, see if the BIOS has been successfully reset by starting the CPU. If the reset was successful, you should see on startup that the BIOS is detecting the hard drive again and the date and time are incorrect.

See if this fixes the problem with the chassis intrusion switch. If this doesn’t work, restart your CPU then press DEL to go to the BIOS. In the BIOS, look for the chassis intrusion detection option and disable it. Configure your BIOS again then save the new settings and then restart the computer. See if this works.

If the problem continues, you probably need to remove the device or switch manually from inside the CPU. It is just a small switch attached to one of the sides or corners of the CPU.
