Unknown error regarding Microsoft Exchange

Hello,

Have you any idea regarding Microsoft Exchange Error? I have failed to get a remedy on this issue. Look at the message below. It indicates “An exchange 2007 server on which an address list service is active cannot be found”

What should I do?

Please help.

Unknown error regarding Microsoft Exchange

Hi,

The error means that Microsoft Exchange 2007 service is not running on Windows. To resolve this you should start the service in Windows. To do this, follow the steps below.

1. Go to Windows then run

2. Type Services.msc

3. On the list, look for Microsoft Exchange Windows Attendant.

4. Right click on it then select start

It should resolve the problem.
