Drive may be busy, not ready or empty

I am burning movies from the hard disk to a freecom device by using the Deepburner free package and the version is 1.9.0.228. it was working properly for more than six months.

But suddenly I’m getting an error message which displays that ‘Drive may be busy, not ready or empty’. After that I am using Verbatim DVD-R disks and the basic burnings are doing properly. I thought it is the problem with the hard disk and changed the hard disk. But the error still comes up.

I have also tried by changing the writing speed to very low, but there was no change in the result.

Please help me to fix the problem.

Hi,

I notice you that,some day before I have also face this issue.But now i am doing my burning movies,as like as before.First time i also think that it is a hard disk problem,but later I get that problem,and I did it fixed.
When you burning movies by using the Deep burner or some thing else,your burner driver was cropped.It was lost data by the electric frequencies or other way.but it was not fully damage,in this case you are able to do,some specific simple work,but when you use it proper it's show the error message.

If you want to fix this issue,you will be need to recover your burner driver or need to get one.Reinstall your burner drivers,before reinstalling uninstall the old version first,and download the latest version,then install it.And start begin your work.
