Query on sending messages with Outlook Calendar

Is it possible to send the meeting Accept/Decline message to a delegate and avoid receiving all messages related to it coming from the delegate to the Outlook Calendar owner?

Hi Josephine Brooks,

We were not able to quite get your question but as far as I know, what you mean is you don't want to receive every reply to an invitation that you made in Outlook Calendar , is that correct?

If that's the case, as the owner of the Outlook calendar, you will receive all of the reply that will come from the delegates or the attendees, however, you can assign a delegate who can manage the email that you receive on your Mailbox and that is called Delegate Access.

When you authorize a delegate, he or she will have full control to your Calendar and Tasks folder but still you can determine their level of access.
