Sj phone-call rejected when calling a mobile number

I am currently using an SJPhone or a softphone VOIP phone with Engine. I can connect and register without getting any issues. However, when I tried to make a call on a mobile phone or a land line number, I always get an error "Call Rejected: 400 Bad Request." I tried for few times now and even turn off and turn on the SJPhone repeatedly to no avail. What should I do to fix this?

Sj phone-call rejected when calling a mobile number

If you describe your problem very clearly, it helps me figure out why the error is occurring. Sometimes, the call center number can create these types of problems, so first check that the call center number is okay.

Call barring services may also create this type of problem, so you must check them. If this does not solve your problem, change the SIM card, and then it might work. If it is still showing an error, then Master Reset your phone.
