Hello experts,

Why is my game nfs the runner runs slow?

I don’t understand the main reason of this problem, my computer has an operating system of Windows 7 starter. 

Has this had to do with my computer specifications?

For additional information I got a dual core PC with 2.1 GHz processor speed.

Give me some advice.

The main cause of your game running slowly is that your PC does not have the requirements needed to run this game without any lag.

 

Need For Speed: The Run is a very high-end game and it needs the following minimum requirements to run smoothly.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

1. Windows Vista Service Pack 2 32-bit.

 

2. DirectX 10.

 

3. Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz or AMD equivalent.

 

4. 3 GB RAM.

 

5. 18 GB of hard disk space.

 

6. Graphics: (AMD) ATI Radeon 4870 512 MB or higher (Intel) NVIDIA GeForce GTX560 1 GB.

 

7. DirectX compatible Sound Card.

 

8. 512 Kbps or higher internet connection for multiplayer game play.

 

If your system meets these requirements then your game should run smoothly. If not, then I recommend you to upgrade to these requirements before playing the game.

Hi Debora,

You forgot to tell us what is the video card and memory installed in your computer.

Try to downgrade the operating system installed and upgrade your CPU to run the game better.

You need to upgrade your processor, video card and memory to meet at least the minimum requirements to run the game better. Or meet the recommended requirements for best result.

RECOMMENDED:

OS: Windows 7 SP1 64-bit.
DirectX: DirectX 11.
Processor: 3.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Quad or AMD Equivalent.
Memory: 4 GB.
Hard Drive: 18 GB.
Graphics card (AMD): 1024 MB RAM ATI Radeon 6950.
Graphics card (NVIDIA): 1024 MB RAM NVIDIA GeForce GTX560.
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible.
Keyboard or Gamepad or Steering Wheel.
DVD Rom Drive.
Online: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection.
