Configuration error message on HelpDesk Application

Hello,

Downloading the Help desk trial, I have installed it on Windows 2008 R2 server. I have enabled the options of IIS. I have installed SQL Express 2008 R2 with .Net 4.0. All was going fine; but when I have tried to connect to the site “servername/helpdesk”, it gives me an error message like the one in the screenshot.

Can anyone trace the problem please?

Configuration error message on HelpDesk Application

Hi there Robert V Richey,

This problem is caused because of the NET. Framework is missing on your computer or when the version is not supported by the work what you doing. NET. Framework means a program which provides you Programming languages. So in order to overcome the problem what you need to do is

1st go to Microsoft official site

2nd Find the latest update of Net. Framework

3rd download and install it

Your problem will be solved when you done with the installation successfully

Also you can go for a complete windows repair so that the Framework error will be solved.
