CS6 ServiceManager.exe – Application Error Occurred

Hello,

I have successfully downloaded the CS6 on my Windows 7 OS but when I tried to install it an application error message appeared. It said that the application was unable to start. How can I remove this annoying error so that I may continue my project? Any suggestion would be worked like a charm.

CS6 ServiceManager.exe – Application Error Occurred

The error you are getting can be fixed by copying these files from another working computer that does not have the same problem and then replacing your existent files with these:

C:WindowsSysWOW64msvcp100.dll c:WindowsSysWOW64msvcp100d.dll c:WindowsSysWOW64msvcr100.dll C:WindowsSysWOW64msvcr100_clr0400.dll c:WindowsSysWOW64msvcr100d.dll

Take note, however, that the other computer MUST have the same type of Windows version running (Windows 7 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit, etc.). To make sure you can still go back to using your existent dll’s, copy the files written in bold and put them in a zipped folder. You can also do a system restore to a time/date where the CS6 was still working.
