Where is the quarantine on 360 Internet Security?

I have installed 360 Internet Security on my desktop PC. I ran a virus scan last night and it found some. I deleted those infected items and it said that they were backed up to quarantine. Actually, it deleted one of my favorite application's .exe file and I want to restore that. Where is the quarantine on 360 Internet Security?

Files which have already been quarantined are available for investigation, which helps to decide whether they have to be deleted or restored to their original location. Files and folders moved to the whitelist can be removed or the chosen new ones can be appended. A specific set of file extensions can be excluded from real time safeguard or scanning jobs. From the top right screen corner, the user can open the log window to analyze the statistics on scans, download protection, filtering of certain URLs and Scan protection.

If your antivirus already quarantined your EXE file because it is infected, I don’t think restoring it is a good idea. First of all, because the file is infected, it may only worsen the infection on your computer. The virus might attach itself to other files. If the file is quarantined, leave it there, don’t restore it.

But if you really want to restore the file back, you simply need to look for the quarantine folder. Most of the time, this folder is located in the installation folder of your antivirus in the “Program Files” folder on drive C. For example, if you have 360 Internet Security, you might want to check “C:\Program Files\360 Internet Security\Quarantine”.

In my ESET Smart Security, the quarantine folder is located in “C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Antispam\quarantine”. When you located your file, copy or move it back to its original location. Another way of restoring the file is to access the “Quarantine” section of your antivirus. You can find all the quarantined files in there. Just look for your file, select it, and then click “Restore.”

When you restore the file, make sure to add it to the exclusions list of your antivirus so the file will be ignored in all scan.
