How can I open unix executable file

I have few data that are in the unix executable files I try to open that data but was unable to do that. I tried a few software to open the data and I was unable to that. I need help to open the data. Also can I convert it to its original form or not.

How can I open unix executable file

The data that does not contain any extension it is in the executable files. You can not open it as giving it its extension. Below is the procedure to give the extension of any file.Go to the menu bar. Then click on finder menu. Then go to the preference. Then click on advance, then select the show all the extensions. Give extension according to the file type and it is done.

Like If it is a JPG picture give it.jpg extension.
If it is the doc file give .doc extension.
If it is mp4 video give .mp4 extension.
If is png picture give .png extension.
