Problems When Downloading in Google Chrome

When I’m downloading in Google Chrome, a message will appear asking if I should keep it or discard it. I clicked the keep it button but then it says interrupted. It’s always like this. What to do to fix this?

Problems When Downloading in Google Chrome

Hello Dear,

This problem may occur because of installation problems and problems with windows registry.

Anyway, you can do the following things to solve this matter. The procedures are given step by step below:

 

Go to search box

Write ‘eventwr’ there and press enter

Go to windows log application

If there is existed any line in red color, please copy the problem ID

You should also copy the source code in the log entry.

Now open your malware removal application and scan your PC. If you do not have any malware removal tool, then download it and install it on PC.
