Fitbit Quit Work Warranty Not Honored

I purchased the Fitbit from a major online store. After two months it will not come on at all. It is to late to return it to the online store. So I contacted Fitbit to warranty it out. They will not honor the warranty. Any one have one that quit working and you got it working? Any way to get Fitbit to honor the year warranty?

In purchasing any software or items over the internet there are terms and agreements. Don’t worry I am sure that you’re still covered for replacement or in this case “re-download of a better file and application.” When you purchased this and paid it with your credit card, confirmation letter along with payment code will be forwarded to your email. That is the reason why online techs do ask a lot of questions. Try to retrieve it and check if you can still get item or purchase code. If you cannot find it anymore, visit their site, they will ask you important questions that might be associated with your purchase. You can protect your credit card information if you feel you don’t want to give it out. They have other way to trace your payment and provide you re-download access. They will only allow this one time in most cases.
