What’s the difference of Jelly Bean from the other Android Version?

There is another version of Android released and the name is Jelly Bean. What is the difference of this from the others version? Can anybody explain the features and benefits of it? In upgrading the Android version will this be applicable to gadgets?

Android Jelly Beans is promising users with a lot of new features. Below are some of them:

– An amazing new User Interface

– touch anticipation

– faster user experience

– Faster boot times

– More battery life

– Updated Google Play: with smarter apps update (updates just the changed components of the app not the whole APK)

– More languages support: Arabic, Persian, Thai and Hindi among others

– Camera app update: smoother and smarter cam app

– NFC support (depending on device)

– Very new and interactive notification bar

Jelly Bean is definitely a step up from the previous versions of android. Here are the key features that might make you consider in upgrading to Jelly Bean.

 

• Google Now: is similar to your personal assistant, it can deliver your package tracking, flight details, hotel reservations which comes straight from your Gmail. 

• Gesture typing: a feature that allows you to swipe your fingers to the letters of the word that you want to type and android will give you suggestions of the word you are trying to come up with.

• Miracast: allows miracast capable devices to interact with your phone and projects what's on your phone to a big display such as a big screen TV.

• Quick settings: When you swipe down your usual notification bay, a new button takes you to your phone settings. In this way you don't have to go to a couple of pages to get to your settings.

• Multiple user profiles for tablets: if you want to share your table with everyone else, with Jelly Bean, you can allow them to create a profile of their own so that they don't mess around with your app settings while using the tablet.
