Steps in making Happy birthday font effect in 3D

How can I make an image with happy birthday font effect in 3D?  My system runs on xp 64 bit and I was hoping to use Adobe Photoshop CS6 because I think this is the best tool for images.  I already have the image file and the basic tools in photoshop.  What I need are the steps on how to make the 3D effect.

Steps in making Happy birthday font effect in 3D

Dear Trent Davis,

The world is now becoming a 3D world. Everyone is trying to create 3D models. First of all, you have to install Windows XP Service Pack 3 edition, and then you have to install Adobe CS6. Without Windows Service Pack 3, you can't run Adobe CS6. You have to find a tutorial about 3D modeling, because I know how to use Adobe CS6, but not the 3D effects.
