Samsung Photocopier touch screen stop working

Why is my Samsung SCX 5935Fn Photocopier machine torch screen stop working after screen calibration? The touch screen of the Samsung SCX 5935 copier machine was small to the screen area and the screen was later calibrated to use much space on the screen, but after the screen calibration, the touch screen stops working completely. How can this problem be rectified?

Samsung Photocopier touch screen stop working

Hi Paul!

If touch screen of your machine is not responding before you need to replace it, calibrate the touch screen again or replace it. I can help you with the precise steps of calibration process and the reboot of SCX-5935fn if you require, in case that you didn't obtain it properly. If the touch screen is not responding after you replace, check if the display panel was not installed reverse because the connectors will not have any contact.
