Hello experts,

All about sharepoint 2010 visitor counter code. There is some error on the visitor counter code when a person visited a website it is not counted anymore in the database file. I am not that good in sharepoint 2010 that is why I am asking you about this matter for some help. Thank you.

Hello Thomas,

Is it only the counter that is malfunctioning or the whole SharePoint 2010? If you made any changes to the system or SharePoint then that is the possible cause of the issue that you are getting. You will therefore need to try performing a system restore to get rid of any changes that you might have made, and if the error persists you might need to reinstall the app.
