Need help in Twitter giveaway scripts

I'm trying to create a script so I can have a Twitter giveaway to expand my Twitter followers. 

I use CPAlead as my gateway. 

Will I have any DMCA problems when I use a Twitter template?

A DMCA notice, is basically a way of protecting your copyrighted work from being used without your permission. So, as long as no one sends notice to them about any copyright infringements then there won't be any problem. If twitter allows the use of those templates then using it won't bother DMCA.

Since DMCA is a law, you can cite it legally to claim protection for your work.
