Will I have any DMCA problems when I use a Twitter template?
A DMCA notice, is basically a way of protecting your copyrighted work from being used without your permission. So, as long as no one sends notice to them about any copyright infringements then there won't be any problem. If twitter allows the use of those templates then using it won't bother DMCA.
