How do you make a admin account with limitedrights

I'm using a windows 7 laptop that I'm having to share. But the person using it like to play online games and he needs admin permission for that. But if he gets admin rights likes to make changes to or delete my account. 

Is there to make an admin account with limited privileges?

Hi,

First of all I must correct some of your word. “im using a windows 7 laptop that im having to share” There is no windows 7 laptops. Windows 7 is an operating system which helps to your laptop or desktop to function well. Anyway I understood your problem.

There is a facility called ‘Parent Controls’ in user account settings in windows 7. I think this will helps to you. You can edit the permission for the account using this facility. You can be the parent of your child accounts.

For that you should go to control panel — > User Accounts and Family Safety. You will see option to Parent Control. Try with it. I hope you can do what you want.
