MS Outlook error message – You do not have permissions

Hello There! We are using MS Exchange 2013 and MS Outlook 2010 and 2013. In 2010, We have no issues. We have dedicated three room admin and they get all the requests for my rooms booking. But in MS Outlook 2013, We got an error messages when anyone tries to book room saying "you do not have permissions" Please advise on how can we fix this.

MS Outlook error message – You do not have permissions

Hello ,

There is a major difference between MS Outlook 2010 and its upgraded version MS outlook 2013. unlike its prior versions, MS Outlook is unacceptable of direct booking.  Now this is changed into "invite only" facility. Here are steps which will help you to set up direct room booking

1. Firstly You need to set up your old  resource mailbox into  Exchange 2010 resource mailboxes.
2. Now users have  to invite this mail box so that they can now book available rooms.
3. This also facilitates the conformation of booking via email.

But If You are the user with permission as a "reviewer" then you must be able to perform direct booking in <<Calendar<< "Schedule View"  .
