Problems with my Xperia s

I am using Xperia S as my phone. Recently it is showing some problems with my bank accounts.

I always use online ways to manage my bank accounts, but now my dropdowns isn't working properly.

I have tried changing my content lock, no change !!

Someone please help me with this.
