Method 1:
Check Connection.
• Open the Xbox app, go to settings.
• Next, click on all settings -> select network.
• Next, select test network connection.
• If the network connection loss is more, then run a connection troubleshooter and fix it.
Method 2:
Clear cache.
• Open Settings on your PC, then go to system settings, then click on storage.
• Next, press the y key after selecting all the storage devices.
• Click on the clear system cache.
• Next, click on ok and close Xbox.
• After two minutes, open the Xbox console and check.
