ERROR MESSAGE ON MY BLACKBERRY

Hello

I have been trying to download some software to my blackberry but it shows me an error that says "my device doesn't meet the requirement to support blackberry application. please what can i do to solve this out?

Hi Akindele,

Your problem was mainly on the software that you're trying to install in your blackberry. Actually, not all software can be install in cell phones like blackberry, because there is a specific length and specific load that should be install in your phone. There are reasons why it happens, first, maybe you don't have enough space in your phone memory, you should check on that. Second, the software that you are trying to install in your phone is not compatible, third, the software is just too heavy to carry on with your phone and last, the software that you are trying to install is not supported with the kind of system that your phone have. Because phones now a days are really advance that even the virus will find to difficult to enter and they only allow software that will not harm the phone itself.

ERROR MESSAGE ON MY BLACKBERRY

 

You have to update your Blackberry with the Blackberry Desktop Software in order to fix this problem you are facing. It comes in the CD-ROM that’s inside the package. Install it, reboot the system, start the Desktop Manager Software, connect your BB and then check it for online updates.

If you need to install drivers for your BlackBerry Smartphone on your computer, you need to install the BlackBerry software depending on the OS or operating system of your BlackBerry device. The BlackBerry software is in two versions: the BlackBerry Desktop Software and the BlackBerry Link. If you have a BlackBerry Smartphone that runs on BlackBerry 7.1 OS or earlier, you need to download the BlackBerry Desktop Software.

This version supports Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Microsoft Windows 8.x and Microsoft Windows 10 are not supported. For Mac users, you can download the BlackBerry Desktop Software for Mac. If your BlackBerry Smartphone runs on BlackBerry 10 OS, you need to download the BlackBerry Link. It supports Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.x.

Microsoft Windows 10 is not supported. It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 so make sure to install it. If you already tried installing the BlackBerry software on your computer but you fall short on the system requirements, review these system requirements and upgrade your system.
