What Is Error Code 0xe4010641?

I use OneNote to sync my files in the cloud. It is allowing to sync sometimes and giving an error for another try. The error code 0xe4010641 is saying the description that the sync is unable to complete as you are offline. The foremost matter is that every time I try to sync, it is occupying my local storage. What can I do now?

What Is Error Code 0xe4010641?

There may be a network issue in your area. Try to sync it manually after some time. The network may be down because of some support or some other issues. Windows update will also help sometimes in this. Once you check your notebook exist in one drive. Because sometimes without our intervention, the note may have got deleted. If nothing controls out, then build a new one and copy-paste the contents from these notes to the new one.
