Click Start and sort msconfig. In the search results, select System Configuration.
On the Services tab, in the System Configuration area, select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box,
or select this check box or click Disable All.
On the Home tab of the system configuration, unlock or open the task manager.
On the Home tab of the Task Manager, for each startup item, select it, and then click Disable.
Close the task manager. On the “Start” tab of the system configuration, click “Tap” or “OK” and restart the PC.
