Sophos Endpoint installing error of incompatibility issues

Hi experts,

During the install of Sophos Antivirus I got this error message. I tried to it many times with different installers from different sources, none is working. Can anyone help me please with this ? Is there another antivirus, better than Sophos ?

An incompatible product is installed.

This software cannot be installed over the existing installation. No changes were made to the existing installation.

Sophos Endpoint installing error of incompatibility issues

Hello,

Try one of these steps to solve the issue:

You need to run remove app and I will not remove with drag and drop to Trash. If you get the latest version you can leave it because the new upgrade installs in new place.

Restore ‘Sophos remove’ from the Trash if you moved it to Trash > Run installer again > you can get it from here: downloads.sophos.com/misc

You need to get SophosRemoveVersion.

After download copy and move app to your applications folder then you can uninstall it by double-click on remove app in applications folder.
