A problem with Cisco cable modem drivers for Windows 7.

Hi guys,

A problem with Cisco cable modem drivers for Windows 7. It seems like the driver was not installed properly because the internet connection is not stable. It was not perfectly set up and I am getting error 23, do you think this has to do with my cisco cable modem drivers for windows 7? I need your expertise.

A problem with Cisco cable modem drivers for Windows 7.

Hello Debra,

There should some issue with the system type between the two devices. Try to check if your computer and the modem installer are both 32 bit or they're both 64 bit. They should have the same system type to function properly. And try to re-install as well.
