Is Lotus Notes Holiday Update Automatic?

I'm using IBM Lotus Notes in my office computer. My boss asked me to submit my planned schedule for 2013. But there are national holidays that I want to enter into the calendar.

How could I be able to do this?

Is it automatic for lotus notes holiday updates to determine that it was really a holiday?

Is Lotus Notes Holiday Update Automatic?

Hi Patricia,

I have some good news for you. Yes it is possible to add your predefined holidays to your IBM Lotus Notes Calendar, and I will explain to you how this is done.

Please follow the following steps in order to perform the task.

Since each person works with different organizations and they have different holiday sets that they follow, lotus calendar allows them to configure the holidays to their specifications.

All you need to do is:

1. Click on More on the top of the calendar and then click on Import Holidays.

2. Then you can select your holiday sets.

3. Then click on OK.

Done, now you are set to go and your pre defined holiday is uploaded to the calendar.
