Tool to check RAM performance in computers

How can I check the RAM performance of my computer? Recently, I'm experiencing some weird things using my computer. There was a time that the screen turns blue and shuts down during operation. I'm a little worried right now. So, I asked a friend of mine. He said that the problem might be the RAM. Any ideas what tool to check RAM performance in computers? Thanks.

Tool to check RAM performance in computers

 

Hi,

Testing Ram on your PC is a good thing. Just download memtest 86 + at the end you will see the URL. Right now just follow these steps to check your ram usage.

1. Start or restart your computer.

2. On the desktop click on my computer when its getting selected right click on it and go to system properties. It will open a window

3.  On the general tab here you will see the ram memory installed.

4. Press shift, Ctrl and delete at the same time it will open a window. Click the task manager and watch the usage of the program using ram by going into the performance tab.

5. Test the ram with the mentioned software. It will diagnose any problem you are having in ram.

You can

Increase RAM > Uninstall software you never use – Add/Remove Programs > Clean up junk files > Clean registry > Sort through your startup item – Most of the messenger might make slow your pc. Always start that messenger manually > Defrag you computers hard drives

 

You can use CCleaner, Revo uninstaller, Auslogics Disk Defrag etc. Also you could get an optimization suite like BoostSpeed,
