System shutting down error message

I am trying to optimize my computer for gaming purposes to solve lag issue. I researched on the web to find some guides pertaining to this problem. I manage to lessen the lag that I’m experiencing but another issue appears. There is an error message saying that the system needs to shut down. See image below.

I don’t know what’s causing this I already scanned my computer for viruses that probably I got from visiting other websites but no virus was found. I cannot conduct a system restore since I previously disabled it. How can I solve this problem? Someone help please.

System shutting down error message

Maybe an error was detected in the system that’s why an unexpected shutdown happens. Just let the computer restart and see if it happens again. If it happens again, check in your Scheduled Tasks if there is an entry for services.exe. It is possible that too much tweaking on the system to prevent system lagging accidentally put the file there and executes at a specific time. If you also used a third-party application to tweak the system for efficiency, check its settings if there is an option there that might cause Windows to shutdown automatically. You can access Scheduled Tasks through Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools.

I also practice to disable Windows System Restore before to avoid any worms from inhabiting the System Volume Information of every drive because this is the spot where worms usually occupy when the computer gets infected with a worm virus and this is the consequence of disabling this service, you can not roll back the system. You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application when checking the system.
