Howdy,
I encountered this error message when I try to install the IDT software package in the computer. The installation was aborted after the error message. The problem triggered while installing Audio driver so do I need to upgrade the driver. How I can solve this error? Please help me. Thanks.

Problem when install IDT HD audio
That error obviously means you are installing the wrong driver on the wrong sound card. If you are installing the driver for your sound card on your computer, you can always download the latest version from the manufacturer’s website. Here are several websites from popular computer manufacturers:

Enter the serial number or model number of your machine. You can find it printed on the sticker either on the side or bottom of the device. Click your product once you located it then select your correct operating system on the next page. Download and install all available drivers and software for your machine.
